Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this_______________day of ______________, 20______, by and between: ________SEA MUNDO_________________________________, hereinafter Advertiser, and _____________________________________________________________, hereinafter Sponsor.

WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the payment for advertisement and the operation in the contained agreements of the Sponsor, said to Advertiser by making an agreement with Sponsor, and Sponsor hires from Advertiser those premises described as:

One or two adds in www.seamundo.com, which may include: company name, small graphic, address, e-mail, phone numbers, a brief description of what the company is about and url address (optional). Add(s) can be viewied at: http://www.seamundo.com. The mailing address for the company is: __SEA MUNDO PO Box 543 Maynard, MA 01754____

For a period of time of six (6) months commencing on the________day of_____________, 20____, and at a By-annual fee of_____Thirty ________Dollars ($30.00_) for six months, payable at front on the day of Agreement and Contract begins: _______________________________________________ for the period of time of six months and expiring on__________________________________ following the TERMS AND CONDITIONS by the Advertiser’s Service Website in addition to the following conditions:

Once all the process is done and seamundo.com has collected the fee and information to be post by the Server, Sponsor should see its Add in up to __Five (5) __days.

Sponsor agrees to pay one fee for the period of six months in the form of one personal check, cash, OR one cashier’s check, OR one money order made out to SEA MUNDO.

If for any reason, a check used by the Sponsor to pay the Advertiser is returned without having been paid, this may result in the cancellation of this agreement and all Terms and Conditions unless within ____Fifteen (15)____days the full amount of the check and an additional __ Ten ($10.00)_ dollars is paid. After all is clear and set up, without any problems the server and agreement may continued for the period of time established at the beginning of this agreement.

Sponsor is responsible for submitting or providing all revised and correct information to SEA MUNDO. All information provided to be post by the Server is subject to the following changes: __color, font, size and structure of graphics or text__ without changing the Content of the information provided by the Sponsor.

Sponsor may modify any information submitted and posted by the Server at any time, during the period of time of six months and this action can be done by choosing one of the following options:

a) By email: __infohelp@seamundo.com __. You can send an email requesting your change and the new information that should be displayed in the Server.
b) By mail: __SEA MUNDO PO Box 543 Maynard, MA 01754__. You can send your request by mail with new information that should be displayed in the Server. If you sent any information by mail, you must also send a quick email to the Server to advise about the expecting package via mail.

Once you sign up and paid your Sponsor's Agreement, this may not be revocable for the period of time of six months. If your Agreement is still effective and you wish not to be a Sponsor anymore, you must send a request in writing via mail with a copy of your Sponsor's Agreement to SEA MUNDO PO Box 543 Maynard, MA 01754, at this point and by request your add will be deleted and any fee paid will NOT be refundable. All fees collected from Sponsors are used to pay publicity and maintenance of the Server, for such reason all sponsors must agree that any fee paid will not be refundable.

After a period of time of six months or after a cancellation, this agreement may be renewed and sponsor agrees to sign up a complete new agreement and it could be different from this one, it may have new changes, updates and different fees. Sponsors must request a new version before purchasing.

SPONSOR:

I CERTIFY that all information given here is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that SEA MUNDO may terminate this Agreement entered into for any misrepresentations made above.

SEA MUNDO ACCOUNT MANAGER:

I CERTIFY that SEA MUNDO compromises to post the add requested by the sponsor to the Server for the period of time of six months.
